Hi everyone! Welcome to another edition of The Week’s Entrée!

WHEW. Aren’t we all glad last week is over? It’s been some tough few days but I hope we all come through them all with even more love and strength in our lives. We can do it! ♥

One great news that I’m excited to share with you all is that Danielle L. Jensen, author of The Malediction Trilogy (a.k.a. my favorite YA Fantasy series EVER) announced that she is writing a PREQUEL novel to The Malediction Trilogy on YA Books Central titled, The Broken Ones. I. AM. SO. EXCITED. I cried happy tears when I found it this was happening. I’m such a happy fangirl right now. If you want to read more about it, go to YA Books Central announcement post AND enter for a chance to win a SIGNED set of The Malediction Trilogy (Stolen Songbird, Hidden Huntress, and Warrior Witch). It’s open international!

Latest review on YABC:

I reviewed Dead Girls Society by Michelle Krys at YA Books Central

Guys, this book is AMAZING! Full of mystery & thrilling dares, it had me on edge the entire ride! Highly recommend you pick it up. ♥

Here’s the book’s summary:

You are cordially invited to participate in a game of thrills and dares. Tell no one, and come alone. If you dare.

Hope is sick of everyone treating her like she’s breakable. Sure, she has cystic fibrosis (basically really bad lungs), but she’s tired of being babied by her mom and her overprotective best friend, Ethan, not to mention worrying about paying for her expensive medication and how she’s going to afford college. And she’s bored with life in her run-down New Orleans suburb.

When an invitation arrives from a mysterious group that calls itself the Society, Hope jumps at the chance for some excitement. This could be her ticket out. All she has to do is complete a few dares and she might win some real money.

But the Society isn’t all it seems . . . and soon Hope finds that playing the game isn’t a choice—it’s a requirement.

Many thanks to Disney Hyperion for giving me access to A List of Cages by Robin Roe. It honestly looks and sounds like a fantastic read. ♥

A few weeks ago I won a HC copy of Even If the Sky Falls from the author, Mia García, and it arrived last Thursday. This book is SO PRETTY. I love it so much! And it came signed so I am super happy to own it and I cannot wait to read. ♥

To Read This Week:

I am currently rereading Hidden Huntress by Danielle L. Jensen and I am in PAIN. The Malediction Trilogy still manages to give me all the feels and aaaack, I LOVE IT. After this book, I will read Rimrider by L.A. Kelley for an upcoming tour stop on the blog!
