ARC April: Aiming for the gold!

Posted March 20, 2016 by Melissa in Uncategorized / 10 Comments

Guys! I’m taking up the challenge and participating in ARC April hosted by the lovely bloggers at Eat. Sleep. Repeat! ARC April will be a month-long challenge of reading as many ARCs as you can in order to lower that ever-growing TBR. I participated in ARC August last year and boy was it fun since everyone was cheering each other on to tackle our piles and reach our goals.

This challenge’s point system is as follows:
1-4 ARCs read for the month = The Bronze Reader Level
5-9 ARCs read for the month = The Silver Reader Level
10-15 ARCs read for the month = The Gold Reader Level
16+ ARCs read for the month = The Diamond Reader Level

I am aiming for the gold level, and I will try my hardest to reach this goal, but even if I read only 5 of these, I will consider it a great achievement. And who knows, maybe I’ll read MORE. Wouldn’t that be awesome?
Now I have to ask you, are you joining ARC April? You have until April 15th to sign up! Cool incentives involved too πŸ˜‰

  1. The Summer I Found You! One of my favorite books. For some reason it just totally struck a chord with me (maybe the military element since my husband is a veteran) and I loved it. It made a huge impact on me and I still think about it. Good luck on the challenge, Melissa!

    • Really? Now I'm more excited to read it. I've been putting it off for years but it's time to check it out once and for all. Thanks, Tanya!

  2. Have fun with this one. I always say I'm going to join in on these ARC Challenges. I do and I fail miserably because of the timing. Hope you love all of these and I look forward to some reviews!

    • Hope to love them all too! I am also quite terrible with challenges, but I strive to do better each time because I seriously need the extra push. πŸ˜€

  3. Oh goodness, I really need to do this, I have so many ARCS waiting to be read and I feel so guilty about it. It looks like you have some exciting reads to look forward to anyway. Have fun! I'll catch up with you regarding this challenge, I'm sure πŸ™‚

Oh, I am a bronze reader, sadly. I hope that you reach your level! It sounds like a great challenge!
