The feeeeeeels!!!! This moment felt like too good to be true because there’s rarely any romantic moments within this series. This is the second book and they still haven’t kissed yet. But ugh, I LOVE IT. I love the build-up and slow-burn of things. The romance is there but they still don’t trust. And Crash (who’s true name is Viper) is a heartless assassin, so for him to say something like this is a HUGE thing. Hence my excitement about it. <3
