Princess Rosealyn LeNoir refuses to remain the sheltered heir. Studying and training in the comforts of the castle will not assist a country at war. When additional soldiers join her father at the border, she evades her personal guard, Captain Charles, to follow. Hoping to help her father discover those responsible for the blighted fields across their nation, Rosealyn finds herself thrust into a battle which leads to an unlikely answer.
For the past decade, Charles has adhered to an agreement which allowed him to leave his past behind. As Rosealyn continues to discover what is myth and what is reality, Charles worries the truths she learns will hurt more than they may help.
Between fantastical creatures, magic, the legendary Twin Blades, and the myth of the Lost Prince, Rosealyn fears that understanding the LeNoir Gift may cost more than her family’s legacy.

Why you need to read The LeNoir Legacy
Agony, discomfort, and misery tortured her until she relinquished control, knowing she would never be without pain again. A white dragon. A shimmering sword.
As we enter the world of The LeNoir Legacy, we quickly find out the country of Orda’an’s future is turbulent and what the people believed to be myth, can actually be reality! 👑 Full of court intrigue and secrets, The LeNoir Legacy kept me guessing until the very end. Princess Rosealyn and Captain Charles were my favorite from this story, their slow burn romance and friendship was a definite highlight for me. ♥️✨ As the story progresses, we start discovering a few well kept secrets that proved me so wrong as to the theories I had created 😂, but it was fun trying to guess all the same!
I was intrigued about the LeNoir Gift, Princess Rosealyn knows very little about it at the beginning of the story so we start learning along with her what it truly is about. We also get to meet a few magical/mythological creatures such as dragons and elves, which I’m a fan!! 🐉✨ Plus the land and battlefield descriptions were amazing, I was in awe and heartbroken by them.
Such an amazing read, I’m so happy to have had the opportunity to read it! ♥️ Also, the cover is absolutely gorgeous, I’m in love!! So if you’re looking for an epic fantasy series with court intrigue, magical gifts and slow burn romance, this one might be for you!! 🙌📚

Quote graphics!
As part of our tour stop, I designed a few graphics based on a few passages from The LeNoir Legacy! There were so many to choose from, but I grabbed the ones that were the most impactful for me and that didn’t contain any spoilers. Hope you like them! 😍

Out-of-context Character Interview with Rosealyn and Charles from The LeNoir Legacy!
Hi Rosealyn and Charles! We’re thrilled to have you on The Reader and the Chef, we loved meeting you in The LeNoir Legacy. ♥️👑 Tell us a little about each other:
Rosealyn: Charles’s insistence on being perfectly proper, especially when her father was home, amused her . The black coat was completely buttoned, even the topmost one he always tugged away from his throat. His pale blue eyes met her gaze and darted away before she could read the emotions hidden within. Brown hair, curly when long, mixed with the unique color of his eyes, made her question his heritage.
Charles: In many ways, she was still the girl he had first met a decade ago, not a woman of marriageable age. At twenty-two, Princess Rosealyn was a few years younger than he and a rarity among nobility. Sole heir to her father’s throne as an only child and not yet wed, nor even promised to another.
We know both of you have know each other for quite a while. What is your number one assignment as a Captain, Charles? 🤔
Cahrles: After receiving his assignment to train the princess, Charles had insisted she read the books and study the images of the techniques, only to discover she had already read all there was to know. And he was positive she had spied on his training long before her father had given her permission to hold a weapon herself.
Aah, we were thrilled that both of you enjoy reading, so we have to ask, what are your favorite books? 📚✨
Charles: The book was fraying at the edges, and a ragged white crack was widening along its spine, reminiscent of the small scar marring his own chin. Given it was his only book from home and written in his mother’s flowery hand, he had read it time and time again.
Rosealyn: Stories of love sometimes captured her attention, whisking her away on a whirlwind of emotions. Gailin’s journal, however, held secrets she longed to unlock.
Gailin’s journal is where you try to learn about the Lenoir gift in the beginning, right Rosealyn?! Can you tell us a little about this Gift? 😍
Rosealyn: Images, feelings, or even sounds of events before they happened. Her father accepted the Gift. Acknowledged what it showed without forcing its use. He hadn’t wanted it, but he had been the one to receive it.
We’ve heard this Gift belongs to the family upon generations. Can you tell us about the family crest, Charles? ✨❤️
Charles: The middle of the crest featured a gray cloud. To one side, a black dragon held an equally as dark sword; to the other a white dragon held a white sword. The legends Rosealyn repeatedly read called those two swords the Twin Blades.
That’s fascinating! And last question, we do know that the country is facing difficult times, how did you feel being on a battlefield Rosealyn? 😨
Rosealyn: Several days ago she had been proud of escaping her guards, sneaking out of the castle with them unawares, eager to be of use for her people. For the first time since her father had insisted she train, she truly wished for his protection. She held one hand behind her, jaw clenching when the hand met the thin outer shell of a tent.
It must have been a daunting sight!😔 Thank you so much for chatting with us, we cannot wait for everyone to meet you both in The LeNoir Legacy!! ✨
