Hi everyone! Welcome to another edition of The Week’s Entrée!
I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day yesterday and ate lots of chocolate. My day was filled with lots of laughs and a bit of heartbreak talking about books and ships on Twitter, plus I also got to celebrate my dad’s birthday. All in all, it was a good day. If only my fictional crush were right beside me, then it would have been PERFECT.
Book reviews in other sites:
So I finally met the famous Daemon Black! I was expecting more from this book to be honest, buuuut I did enjoy myself. I liked Daemon. So I might give Oblivion (Obsidian in Daemon’s POV) a go soon. 😉
Here’s the book’s summary:
Starting over sucks.
When we moved to West Virginia right before my senior year, I’d pretty much resigned myself to thick accents, dodgy internet access, and a whole lot of boring… until I spotted my hot neighbor, with his looming height and eerie green eyes. Things were looking up.
And then he opened his mouth.
Daemon is infuriating. Arrogant. Stab-worthy. We do not get along. At all. But when a stranger attacks me and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, well, something… unexpected happens.
The hot alien living next door marks me.
You heard me. Alien. Turns out Daemon and his sister have a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal their abilities, and Daemon’s touch has me lit up like the Vegas Strip. The only way I’m getting out of this alive is by sticking close to Daemon until my alien mojo fades.
If I don’t kill him first, that is.

Crossing fingers! I really hope we fall in love with it 😀
Wew! Lux series is so hyped,I'm kind of scared to read it. lol. But I'm glad you liked it, matey! I'm looking forward to meet the famous Daemon Black.
Oh, the Lux series… my favorite paranormal series and my favorite book boyfriend. I can't get enough. 🙂 I hear such great things about the Air Awakens series. I might have to give it a try. I just finished a review book called 9 Letters (sad and emotional) and just started Half-Blood by Jennifer Armentrout. Fingers crossed that I love it. 🙂

I have the Art of Breathing as well. I hope it's a good one! Can't wait to see some of these reviews!
Oh, you got some amazing books! I'm so glad your Valentine's Day was good (I got the zika virus, so I didn't even celebrate, lol).
I enjoyed Obsidian, too, but I never finished this series, I kind of forgot about them, but I hope that if you read the next books, you love them.
Have a great day!
